Yeah but who gives ANYONE the right to decide that it's ok to kill the homeless guy, if they can protect illegals then they should protect this guy all the same.

It's not like this guy attacked the kid or anything, the kid CHOSE to commit a more than serious crime (being Im sure he seen TV b4 and all he knew what to really expect) so hey that's what ya get.

Of course since he is 18 he prob will b out way 2 early, he needs the death sentence.

i am good mate i just quickly scanned through the pages and thought the different view of the posters was interesting and somewhat bizzare.
i have still to read the whole thread but i just put my bit in so i remember this post.
lets just say its like chinese whispers the post starts with a story and by the end it develops in to something completely different.

The third suspect was interviewed Wednesday morning and “there were admissions of involvement,” said Wittebort, who declined to elaborate."




Sure he screwed up, he deserves a punishment, but life in prison?

Thats got to be devastating. He's only 15, Surely he screwed up, but I don't believe life in prison is the answer.

Over here a young girl and her 19 year old boyfriend killed her family. The intent of the plot to do it was clear, she is out of prison now. Not sure about the man but I presume if he's not, the release is coming up soon.

if the evidence proves these youngsters are guilty (beyond reasonable doubt and backed by forensics and not circumstantial evidence) then yes the should be imprisoned for life without parol (never to be released).

The chinese have a way with dealing with death sentences. your hauled out to the yard in front of the firing squad and they shoot you on the spot... then send the family a bill for the bullet

which brings around the problem of juvenile corrections that JohnnyO pointed out earlier.
putting a kid in prison in MOST cases is definitly a worse case scenario. prison is rough, ive never been to gladiator school but i did a boot camp run here and there among other things and all i did was learn how to be a better criminal. i was lucky i didnt get fucked with but then again i handle my shit and have the benefit of friends... everywhere. but you put a kid in gen pop hes fucked.. literally. they dont call em fresh fish for nothing

and send the parents need the bill for the time he is in prison awaiting death, all the fees associated in his prosecution as well.

The tax payers shouldn't have to pay for these stunts.

Also not to mention they should have to give the guy a proper funeral, you never know he may have got on his feet and made something of himself so he wouldn't have to be just dumped anywhere, he really deserves a proper funeral.

lol in ireland if u kill someone u have a high chance of man slaughter = 7yrs ( 4-5yrs good behavour ) n murder prob bout 12 yrs (7-10yrs good behaviour) n life in prison is a joke 25yrs is life you can b out in half the time if ur good!!! u get more time for drug dealing or rape then u do murder!!! fucked up legal system
