The lightened tips indicate a beginning nutrient toxicity and is probably normal due to nutrient-laden soils. Keep going. They look very good overall and will grow right past this.

get a digital water PH meter, then use distilled water to water when soil is dry, collect the latter part of the run off, not the that first part of the run off that drains out.
Test that with your digital water PH meter. Should be at 6.5 to 7.0 for soil. Having a water ph digital meter will help you to ensure the water you use when watering is at the right PH before you water.

I also recommend using black gold potting soil (with the tomato on it) for your seedlings then after a few weeks and some good solid growth transplat to a container with sub cools super soil....

I use a passive hydro system with cloth pots for easy transplanting...

Dude! You have signs of toxicity. If a guy is too drunk to drive do you give him another drink and send him on his way?

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with the water thing, actually cold tap water has alot of stuff in it the plant needs anyway, minus the chlorine, it has iron ferite, calcium, zinc, and trace elements of copper, all minerals that your plant needs. Just let it set out at least 24 hours in an open container to evaperate the chlorine, and i agree with water PH tester they're $15 on newegg.com, and PH your water after you put some very mild NPK nutes and flush cuz hotrods right you could have a salinity build up which will stop your plant from taking in the nutes it's needs, and flush with 3x the amount of your pot...3gal pot = 9gal flush and so on...good luck man, and it's not bad it'll come back, mine was worse...lol..

You make valid points on home tap water, I use my well water and or rain water from my rain system. But not knowing the condition of the tap water, to play safe distilled water at room temp for a good flush... IMHO rules out any possible issue with tap water or other source.
