So Calaveras county required all growers to register and pay a fee or face a fine per plant and plants chopped.

Well they just posted a map and addresses plus plot/ garden canopy size right before harvest of every registered pot farm on the Calaveras enterprise. To make matters worse, they recently made an news article that the sherrif can't protect growers.

Wow just wow, force people to sign up then just put em on blast!!! There is much talk of an lawsuit.
