WOW shes flowering fast!

So for my next grow I want to use something other than MG soil, I know fox farm is what everyone on here raves about but what are some other good one that my stores or local grow shops would have?

Kratose your girls are looking mighty fine my friend. Can't wait til I'm home. About 1.5 hours away.

Sunshine Mix#4 , And yeah the fox farm ocean forest/Happy Frog. Or you could make your own mix.

Thanks, Both are looking really good, Except those 3 leafs on one plant.

Oh and Rsharp, The tallest OG is 14 inches. I Started them on 12/12 when they were a foot tall. They been under 12/12 for Four days. I expect them to start to flower any day now. Can't wait for day one flowering. I still get just as excited now when its time to flower a new strain then I did when I first started growing.
 
atleast its only on 2 leaves. hopefully someone will answer your post.. the silica supplement is botanicare brand that im getting.. it said u can use it with your normal nutes so hopefully it will be ok. i paid almost $20 for the ocean forest and only used half for 2 three and a half gallon pots. so its less than $5 per pot witch really isnt too bad. the hydro store by my house only sells the foxfarm soils but they have around 5 and the prices vary a little. thanks for posting SmokingManiac and SmellyTreez!

Yeah, I am sure eventually someone will, its nice to get other people's opinions on stuff like that. Yeah my buddy I got the OG from uses that same supplement. He uses botanicare nutes. The hydro guy talked him into trying them.

I think its like $26 bucks here for the foxfarm. If I remember correctly.

Your a call of duty player too? I own every call of duty game every made. I am disappointed with COD MW2. And my ps3 got the yellow light of death awhile ago, traded it in towards a new 320G PS Move bundle.
 
well i played a little bit of gears1 and lots of zombies (waw) and diddnt play anything else until MW2. i diddnt like the "feel" of waw multiplayer but i became addicted with MW2. i stopped playing when all the glitches were happening but after that i played non stop 8+ hours a day. in my opinion i think its the best game ever (i havnt played very many lol) and i think the next one is gonna be 10x better than this one. im very lazy right now so all i do is grow pot and play COD. i got a life dont I! i play on the xbox. how do u like the wand?

I haven't gotten the new playstation yet so I haven't tried the move yet. The shop that gave me the trade in for my broken ps3 was out of the bundle and had to order one for me. So I am waiting for it to come in. I use to play Xbox but I really don't like it. I still have the orginal xbox. It just feels right playing the games on ps3, And the exclusives are really good for ps3.

I use to play COD MW all the time. Was really good. I didn't care for WAW either but loved zombies, and MW2 just blew it for me. Running around at 100Mph stabbing people from 10 feet away. Its suppose to be modern warfare. Realistic not fantasy. I started playing MAG, I was a private beta tester for it, and when the game released I was ranked 74 worldwide. Held my top 100 ranking up until my ps3 broke. Now I have no idea where I am on the leaderboards.

I still want to play the new metal of honor, My ps3 has been broken for a few months now so I haven't played none of the games that just came out. I want to get the new assassins creed brotherhood thats coming out.

Too bad you don't play on ps3 we could play some COD when I got my new system.
 
Um so he looks great ugh outta 5 plants 1 big 4 small I have 1 small female 3 males and one unknown. Here is the pic of. The big one and its sex pics. I'm hoping I'm just dumb and its a female but I'm pretty sure that's not the case. :( :( :(

Damn that really sucks quantum. atleast u got one girl to grow until your seeds arive! that plant looks really good though.
 
im gonna try something. i dont know if its gona help or not but i have 2 UV cfl's that i bought for my iguanas ($20 a piece) but i dont have my iguanas anymore and i had them lying around so i decided to throw one over each plant. hopefully it helps

Yes it actually will help. I know some people who use them for supplementary lighting
 
Usually the females are smaller then the males. Yeah get her into a bigger pot/planter, and hope she takes off during flowering. Some strains can really get big when you put them into flowering. Well if your going from CFL vegging to HPS flowering like I do you see a huge change. They just explode with growth under that light Sometimes they can double there size before they are even triggered into flowering.
 
mine were small when i put it into flowering. out of knowhere they just started stretching really quick and now its not growing up much.(maybe i just dont notice) theyre more or less growing out.
 
yeah, they stretch when you first put them in 12/12 Once they start budding they stop stretching.

Oh and I haven't received not one reply in that thread. 27 views no reply's. I remember when you would post a question, or a thread and have a shit load of replies within 10 minutes. Its been about 4hrs and not one reply. Guess im on my own with this problem. No worries, just nice to have others opinions.

hey kratose i was lookin at your pics again. in that second pic are those roots comming back out of the soil or is it wire?

I think what he did, was when they were young they stretched, so he bent some of the stalk and covered it with soil. So now that has became a root. I seen that before, it becomes like a hard wire/root.

So I came on today, still no replies. 37 views. Also the problem has spread to more leafs. It seems like its spreading way to fast. Not sure Im gonna have the time needed to fix this before it gets out of control
 
yeah ive seen those hard roots before as well. i thought thats what i was seeing. have you tried flushing them out yeah. i remember you saying that u were. i wisake.h there was some way i could help.

i did some researching on the uv lighting. i was told to wait for the last 2 weeks of flowering and only use it for up to 30 minutes a day. so thats what im gonna do. on my next grow im gonna take a clone off one of the plants and see how much uv light a plant can take.

Thanks. I know if you could help you would. I have a feeling its either a Mag def, or a less common Phosphorus Def. Just because of the black looking spots made me think Phosphorus. Then it could also be a toxicity of some kind. I have a feeling its a Mag def. someone else stated that they thought it was mag too. That's exactly why I like a second opinion. If you have someone thats thinking the same thing as you are, then it probably is.

I am gonna try adding some Epsom salt.

Yeah, thats a good little experiment. See how much it can take before it starts stressing. The UV would be good for flowering, your plants will be getting that extra spectrum that your CFL's are not providing.
