just make sure that the molasses is unsulfered, i use grandmas all natural for my plants, but any unsulfered stuff should work. yeah i know what u mean about snipping buds, i did that on new years as no one had any. im going to look into that breeder and see what i can find out about them. maybe they give a warning about strain anomolies or some thing. i was thinking about using a bubler eventually, that or an ebb and flow system, but i dont really like the taste of hydro stuff, i like the earthy tatse of stuff grown in soil. and yeah ive tried mg before, it blows, it can be done but its just not going to give you bad ass big yielders, and the mixes are so inconsistent that you get bad bags of it all the time.

i wouldnt waste the extra day in the dark, just 2 days is fine, i tried 3 once, didnt seem to do much., but yeah pour a shit load of water thru them and then shut off the lights, you should see some more amber when they come out, and if you keep them a little warmer while hanging they will turn a very nice golden color, just be care full if you decide to use heat durring hanging, dont let it get above 85 f, and they are going to get crispy quick, only took my last plant 2 days doing it that way before it was ready to go in the jar.

they always get just a little more amber while in the 48 hrs dark, or at least mine do, and then they go more while hanging.

i go light scince i feed it till the very end, 2 tsp per gallon.

ok so as i said i was working on a new box. well i got it done, its 30" wide, 30" deep and 42" tall. im still running 1x 100w hps, 2x 42 2700k cfls, and 2x 26w 6500k cfls. the box it a flat white inside and out, though i may change the color on the outside. i changed the way the hps was mounted this time, it is just below the top of the box instead of 3 inches above the box, i redid the original flood light reflector i was using to mount flat and protect the paint from so much heat, it seems to work and i dont see any hot spots. i also made a shelf thats real easy to move up and down, temps so far are around 80f at the canopy though at the bottom its like 68-70f.

both plants are still kickin ass, a good amount of leaf loss the first week of so but its slowed down now and they are staying green and healty.

sativa, this thing is really packing on the buds now, upward growth has stopped and its just cranking out the buds now, they seem to be a little leafy right now, i hope they plump up a bit, resin is really starting to ozze out now as well. if it continues to grow like this im going to have ALOT of bud from this plant.

indica, she has finally stoped shooting up and put out clusters of pistils just this morning, as the rate they are forming they should get big pretty quick.

yeah its plywood with a few coats of killz sealer primer over it. seems that the light is more intense, even though its a larger area with the same lights. i just finally got the girls in there yesterday. the door to that room is an odd size one, only 27 inches wide, i had to pull the box apart to get it in the room.

That killz is some good stuff. The white paint should help the light reflection. I made my doors 30" wide. Seems to be wide enough.

yeah my door is barley wide enough to get the plants in and out, but it works. yeah i like tha killz too, keeps mold and mildew away, and keeps the wood from sucking up the humidity and warping.

thanks man, that sativa is doing great, im more excited to see how the indica is going to grow thesse next few days, now that its started putting out bud clusters rather than single preflowers.

hey guys, everything is still going good, the leaf loss on both plants has stoped and everything is nice and green.

sativa; this bitch is rockin, tons of resin on the budleafs, even starting to pop out on the fan leaves now, its going to make me some bomb ass cannabutter.

indica; she has really started to put out buds now, the doubled in size scince yeterday. still not big, but now i have hopes.

oh and guys my wife is trippin about me spending so much time on RIU, so im going to have to cut back to once a week updates. atleast she isin't tripping on me growing, lol.

for sure man, all the tw ive seen is like long spears, slightly flat on 2 sides, between 2 and 6 inches long, pointed on one end and blunt on the other, it will be interesting to see how close mine come to standard, ive never grown a specific strain before, aside from the chemdawg everything has been bag seed. it will be nice to see how my buds stack up against the tw i get from the dispensiary on a regular basis.

well guys the plants are looking great, buds really coming along nice, and tomorrow ill have a late edition to this round of flower, ill be throwing the blueberry i got in veg now in here, so ill post pics up tomorrow or something.

tranwreak, plant is looking really healthy and packing on the buds, resin production is even better this second part of the week, buds are really starting to fuzz up with it.

white widow, she was still stretching till friday seems like but the buds are getting a bit bigger and the budleafs are getting a ton of resin on them.

well guys i threw the blueberry in the box last night and already it has pistils sticking out. so now ill have 3 plants in the flowerbox. if i runn out of room ill have to throw on in a closet or something, been thinking of doing a 250 or 400w hps in one of my open closets, so this might be the time. this pic of the new girl is a couple days old, from the day before i put her in the flower box.
