Appears to be one that sprouted up way too tall at first then fell over. It got propped up and the part that bent when it fell over is that skinny part. You gave it some nutes or put it under the light better or gave it a fan.. something changed and the plant started to get stronger.

Its an underperformer. Doesn't mean that you can't get excellent yield out of this one, but like the rest of em keep sayin, its going to take more work than the typical plant. I would cull it if you didn't need it.

that`s like -30c right ?

Dam that`s rather cold, best I`ve managed is flowering outside with night temps hitting -10 maybe -15c, you`d probably want a heater in that polly tent or just vent your hot air from your indoor grow into a tent outside, that is if you can run your 12/12 at night that would be a nice bit of free heat if it`s not a long way extra to run the ducting
 
lf i had to i would rather buy another led light and use another room in my basement lol. Outside is a bad idea in the winter lol. Even in my garage lol
