WTF! 150w Hps Too Hot SOS!

like this inline fan at the top and register fan at the bottom.


the reason I want a 4 inch fan is so it will fit properly on the light and putting a fan in the ceiling of the box is gonna be obvious so imma put it on the side thats not facing the door and I think ill be good

Dude love the idea but should I put it on the light or just put it in the wall and suck all the hot air out as a whole cause the ballast is in there to.

Honestly, if you are starting to grow yet you cant afford a £30 bulb I would seriously reccomend holding back a bit or you will run into problems. If you dont have money to replace defunct or just broken equipment as soon as they need to be, then you will struggle. For example, what if your HPS blows? If you haven't got the money to get a bulb that same day you're fucked. Don't try grow on no budget is what I lreant the hard way.

Budget growing sucks lol.

I use my hps lamps for 3 flower cycles then keep them as spares just in case I get a blow out.

I must have spent nearly £4k designing and then redesigning my area.

To ultimately get busted and find that a £500 room setup works better than a £1500 room setup.
Go figure lol.


But then my knowledge has come a long way since all the spending lol.

Yeah I get you mate, but not having the money for a £30 bulb is never a good place to start haha. I mean, I've had to run out and buy timers with most grows. Or a bulb blows and need to get new ones. But at the end of the day, if you can easily afford to buy the amount of weed you will be harvesting, what is the point? Need those big yields to justify the risk, energy and money spent.

An inline extractor 4" would be better as you could add a filter to it.

Hell yea. Bathroom extractor fans are great, easy to mount and cheap. 14 bucks for a 50cfm fan.

I grow my own to supply myself.

£240 an ounce where I'm at and it's usually pulled early.

I smoke about an Oz a month.

But I've started turning my harvest into QWISO for THC juice in my vape pen.

As long as I'm saving money by growing my own (plus the risk of buying from "kids" and due to my job can't risk meeting any) then I'm happy.

I get modest yields from my 400 setup and it costs me around £60 per grow for NUTES and medium etc. then add on roughly £30 a month for the electric.

I generally harvest anywhere between 14-16oz.

if you don't have a real fan i doubt very much you have a scrubber....how are you going to keep mommy from smelling it?
 
I Dont Know Who the hell said I couldn't afford a 30$ bulb 1. It was a fan and 2 I have plenty of bulbs, ig people skim read then jump to conclusions cause I swear I said I'm not funding it no more I have other things in putting my money to if I need I will buy it ok? Anyways GOOOD news I bought a 6in inline 240cfm fan today I already cut the hole to mount the fan only thing now is to wait for these damn seeds to sprout I figured 8 23w cfls would be coo for vegging and scrog. 240cfm is alot of power for this space so I'm sure air flow will be cool especially with them other fans in there will be straight I'm actually excited

Lol I smoke in my room all the time im grown bro nd mommy went to sleep 14yrs ago my pops doesn't care its kinda for him he has 2 hernias from working all his life ig and I like to agriculture. Anyways off topic but the scrubber I seen alot of vids making themselves and they work good but that's not something in worried bout

Lol what you don't know sitlr is I have 3 extra bulbs, budget only means I set a price so I wouldn't go over it if I need money I got it partna so don't prejudge I'm not a fan of that
 
If ur good wit wires u could just take apart and put da mini ballast and igniter and mount out side da cab and run wires into bulb base inside dats how my 2x2x4 box is wit 6 6500k cfls my average 3-6ozs depending on strain

lol that's wassup that's wassup but I got 8 23w cfls and 2 27k cfls to supplement the hps so ik my buds should be dense

I'm only using between 250-320w which is like my Xbox so I think I'm good on the bill whatchyall think?
