Wtf are these BUGS! Root aphids?

Crazy storms rolling through my area past couple
Of days. Damaged a few plants. Rain has stopped and I’m inspecting and repairing and found these bugs on the underside of a few bottom leaves. Sick! What are they and how to I get rid of them?

I went and purchased citric acid and a root insecticide from the grow shop

Results from yesterday to today are extremely encouraging. Lots of dead aphids on the ground around the base of the stock and the side of the fabric pots. Not to many moving at this point. I estimate an 80% reduction on the plants in less than 24 hours.

I will continue to treat and report back if they flare back up or if it was a total success. As of right now I highly suggest Citric acid for the leaves and the flying skull. To be honest the citric acid is probably the real hero here and the flying skull is probably overkill. Either way I take some comfort knowing that if they are in the roots I’m killing them

the picture is of the side of the fabric pot where the plant hangs over. Some aphids look upright and some upside down. I watched that spot for a few mins and did not see movement top of the soil is like a field of dead aphids.

The Flying Skull is citric acid.

You'll want to spray the plants off with a hose to wash away the dead bugs and their excrement.
