WTF are XML 2's for Veg - see GrowMau5 video at

I'm in dire need of a vegging solution for only a plant or two. I have a little 18 inch t5 but it just isn't enough. I just can't bring myself to bust out a hundo on the rapid led kit. The depot has single COB work lights for $25 I think might work.

I have seen those/ WalMart and Lowes have them too. What is the light spectrum? Usually is good but that 4500 K seems to rock for GrowMau5.
 
I built a light using the 2 inch profile heatsinks from heatsinkusa and 16 XML2s in neutral white. It took maybe an hour and costs about $150.
It covers a 30" x 48" space. I used two of the drivers mentioned above. It also only draws about 65 watts. It's awesome so far.
I have 12 plants in one gallon pots under it now. I just transplanted them from Solo cups.
