well im sure most of you know CA is in a budget crisis. but why? piss poor management I say.
for instance. i had to do jury duty some weeks ago. in CA they have one day or one trial. and basically, you either go for one day or one trial. so if lucky, you dont get selected your done. but guess what, i got a check right here saying i served 5 days and it also says so on the website.
now this means one of two things: one, i was suppose to go in those 5 days and i might be screwin myself by cashin this thing or two, someone is just down right retarded.
personally i think its number two. but then again, maybe that mexican just didnt have that english lesson yet.
