Wtf happened too my plants overnight

So this morning i looked and both my plants are very dropping and the tops are basically falling over, i water them every other day and weight til the soil is dry to rewater so it must be underwatering but ive been watering them the same this whole time and all of a sudden overnight they did this. Btw they are about a month and a half old. WHat should i do to save them?

Sounds like you are watering too much I usually only water every 4 days but every plant is different.

try to water it less ofter, and place a fan dicect on em, and its time to stop it from growing higher!

Just give it time to dry out and should be fine. Don't put a fan directly on it, that's a bad idea.

Needs a bigger pot

i watered them once i saw it and now the plant is no longer droopy anymore. When I first started growing the plant it didnt have a lot of light so it stretched and we had to hold it up but now it can stand up on its own. We fixed the lights so it doesnt stretch any more and it has been doing really good but hasnt really grown in height that much. Some of the bottom leaves are drying out and one of the leaves looks really weird and dead too. What should I do to help them?

Replant to a bigger pot.

Yeah you need a waaaaay bigger pot. I've also found that when plants fall over it's because they're under watered not over watered, when I over watered my plants their leaves curled. Just move it to a bigger pot and water it some, you might have to prop up the top of it until it gets the strength to hold itself up, good luck
