Buddy I was head of the bars for a company here you would fathom to work for. My duties were to make sure others worked and to make sure count was right doots were locked. I made 17$hr and also got tips because the barbacks loved me. So did the bartenders.Bar manager.
Plus tips.
Dude you usually sont get tips as the one in charge. Hate to burst your bubble. Lols

Bar manager: comes in aits around waits for barbacks to give orders to. Then at end of night makes sure bar backs did everything right and adds up on the count aheet. Lock doors drink leave
Bartender : servea amd counts at beginning/end of shift
Barback:rhe bitch does everything above but can kill in tips.
I have done all of that I started as barback, in 2 montha I was running it because well I rock. Entire time I was coked/k/gd/md(a)ma non stop. Did lsd too.
Got fired for foghting with my boss while stoned and he hit me with the you cant so drugs.
I made easy at a good wedding 500$ cash. Usually I was in control of 3 weddings aometimes more!
