WTF is this?! PLEASE help me! *pics inside*

Okay, so. Plant is just over a month old (from seed) and she has been doing fine till now. Have her with 2 others under a 400w MH bulb. Soil PH is 6.7. Temps constant around 75-77. I water when the pot feels light, and feed veg nutes at 1/2 strength every 3rd watering. What the hell is going on with this fucking leaf?

What am I doing wrong?! None of the other plants have this. And I don't see any signs of it on the new growth, just this one big fan leaf near the bottom. Should I just cut it off? Leave it alone?

Again, WTF. Please help, I need to know what I should do. She finally is starting to get alternating nodes but I don't want to flower until I've resolved whatever this is. Anyone have an idea what this might be?? Thank you.

that lady is big enough to feed full strength and I would feed every other watering. Being put under a MH light it is gonna photosythensize (sorry can't spell) quicker thus using more food.

Thanks man, I really appreciate the advice! I kinda suspected a P def, so I'll start feeding her full strength next time I feed, and I'll start try to feed every 2 waterings instead of 3.

idk if ur gunna go up in strength i wouldnt up how often at the same time cuzz then ur just askin for burn

Hey Laura, you have a phosphorus deficiency.
Are you letting the soil dry out adequately between waterings?
I would bring your soil ph down a bit, but dont do it too abruptly it can make things worse, just start watering with a slightly less ph value. get it between 6.2-6.5.
Everything else looks good though. Ease into the increased nute strength, you'll be allright.

feed half strength nutes every other watering to start off, then see how it reacts over the next week.
as long as the necrotic patches don't get any bigger you're good.
do your veg nutes include phosphorus? and Ca & Mg?

I didn't catch what kind of nutrients ur dirt your using. I agree with Max it needs to be fed full dose every other watering. And I don't agree with him too often:lol::lol::lol:

May just be me but it looks like it is forming and moving from the inner areas to the outer. A P deficiency starts at the edges of the leaf and works inward. Also do not see any purpling of the stems or petioles. And being its just one leaf on one plant I would be looking into a possible fungal infection also.

Well, if it IS a fungal infection, what should I do? Can I still save her?

I would carefully remove that leaf and at least treat the plant with neem oil and continue to monitor for signs of spreading. And try to positively identify the actual issue with the plant, be it P or fungal.

Ya, I really think its a fungus or some sort of pathogen. Just does not look or sound like a nutrient issue. Looking at the first pic and seeing the small sign of it spreading on the ajoining blades indicates its spreading across those areas and not vascularly.....

probly or she could have wet the leef in the sun burned the leaf or early signs of grey mold it wont let me blow up the pic but i have always confused grey mold for a defficencey n also confused root rot for misterious leaf dieing and drien for a defieciency it can get tricky..... flush out your median aply all your nutes n spray magic green house and garden if it continues then u know something else is wrong trouble shoot till you find the problem
