my plant is about three weeks old and where every leaf stem meets the main stem thing it has visible white hair you can see these hair standing 3 feet away from the plant is this telling me its a female at a young age?

i wont be able to get pics for a little bit . it looks like a female from everything i have read but at this young is it possible?

Going by the phrase "white hairs", I'd have to assume that its in pre flower and its showing you that its a female... but pictures would help to know for sure.
