Wtf!? New growth is twisted and deformed

I first noticed it on the DWC plants and assumed it was nutrient problem. Now I found the same problem with my soil plants. I use general hydroponics floraduo for my DWC and fox farm for my soil plants. Any ideas on what the heck is going on? I noticed it a little over a week ago and immediately changed out the nutrient solution but the problem continues. They are three weeks into veg

They're acting as though they are re-vegging (when you cut a clone from a fully flowered plant and force it back into veg) with odd big leaves with odd numbers of blades and crystals are forming on some of the leaves.

did you spray them with anything like forbid??

Ive sprayed them with Avid. I'm not sure what forbid is

I read that an abundance of chlorine can do that

Yes chlorine or high nutes most likely.. Major root stress inconsistent light cycle...?

some strains I have grown.....do that no matter what the hell you put them thru. Old plants/ cuttings off old plants wil also do that. looks some what normal for a clone from many strains ive grown. I have a pineapple i got from a buddie ....same shit.. and the environment, nutes, ph light, everything is right on.....just retarded strains imo!!
