I think you are over-watering AND over-feeding. Watering well every 3 or 4 days is better than a little too often. And feed every other watering, which would be once per week say. I think you will see a difference pretty quickly.

NOTE: Over-watering causes droopy leaves and if your roots are water-logged all the time they can't get enough oxygen and won't be able to take up nutrients properly. Hence over-watering can often result in the plant appearing nutrient deficient. Also too much nutes can look like not enough, so be careful not to over-react by feeding even more. Try what I said with the watering / feeding and see what happens. Hope this helps.

what kind of nutrients are you using? also, what strength are you applying them? it looks like you have a combination of over-watering, over-fertilizing, and not enough light. two shop lights are not going to provide a sufficient amount of light intensity to successfully grow 3 full-sized, decent producing cannabis plants.

Ok now you say "two shop lights are not going to provide a sufficient amount of light intensity." WHat would provide enough light what number of lumes would you use?

Your plant would have not grown that far if it were a light problem... You need very little light to keep your plants ALIVE... Optimal conditions are another story...

It looks like you have a nutrient def. or over feed... If you are sure you are not over doing the nuts you need to check your soil runoff PH if it is 7 or over your plants can not be able to uptake the nutrients available in the soil...
