:?:I keep seeing these upside down tomato plants I was wondering if I took some of my plants planted them hanging upside down in some kind of hanging bucket with the lights on the ground buckets n plants above raise the buckets as needed. The plants would not have to fight gravity. how would they do??? I got a couple extra lights I might try it. any feed back on how to make it better

With the lights on the floor? if so i could see that kinda working as long as you dont spill water

just remember the plants will always grow where the light is no mater what. i could definitely see watering being a problem when plants are larger, but if u are using some kind of flood n drain or dwc/aero style it would prolly work out pretty awesome.

some of the same lights we use are real close to whats outside in the weather I work at a skiresort and they use all kinds of 1000 600 and 400 hps and mh they go through way worse stuff than I could ever do and are fine seal up the heat lens I was going to drill 1 hole in a bucket in the bottom to put a clone in and some more for run off tubes i was goin to start them normally right side up using a lid for the bottom after a few weeks hang them after the roots get a good start. I bet it would be hard to get the clones to stay in upside down otherwise
