upthearsenal - It will all work fine, as long as it is an elite, and not the newest slim model. Everything else is exactly the same, and don't worry about the hdmi, the component cables that come with the xbox (yellow, red, white, green, blue and I can't remember what else) are as close to hdmi as can be without actually being hdmi.

But it will all work fine, plug it in and let 'er rip!!!
