I use mollases, earth worm castings, and kelp meal. I make it into a compost tea and feed every 2 weeks with that. I also feed with just mollases once a week. Also every 3 weeks I top dress with some earth worm castings in my medium. Like insomnia said there is alot of other things to use, but I would say molasses and earth worm castings are a must.

If your
Awesome , I’ll def add that to the list. And read up on applying it .
And you will want un-sulphered blackstrap mollases.

If your wanting to make compost tea you will need an air pump, air stone, some cheese cloth or nylon stockings to add the kelp and earthworm castings. I use nylon stockings because they are cheaper. The molasses you add right into the water.

If you city/town uses chlorine in their water supply you will need to use the air pump and stone for 24hrs to get the chlorine out of the water. Then when brewing the tea you want to do it for 24hr-48hr. When just using mollases I just brew it for 24hrs.

When I add the EWC to the medium if it's when I'm planting/transplanting a seed/clone i add 2-3 tablespoons per gallon of medium. When I top dress every 3 weeks after I add 1 scoop per gallon and I break up the top layer of medium and mix it in.

Also if your going to use compost tea I would suggest trying Gaia Greens Dry amendments. I use the All Purpose 4-4-4 through out veg and the Power Bloom 2-8-4 throughout flower.

It's a 100% organic powdered nutrient. It's also slow release, add it's just like the EWC 3 tbs per-mixed per gallon for planting/transplanting and 1 tbs per gallon for top dress ever 3 weeks and you just give it straight water and the compost tea. It takes around 2 waterings for the amendments to start working.

With dry amendments it's also really hard to over feed your plants since they are slow release.

When using these dry amendments you need to de-clorinate your water with an air pump and stone also befor watering. It's the micro biology in the medium that breaks up the dry amendments and feeds your plants unlike bottled nutrients where the plant gets the nutrients as soon as you water them. The chlorine in the water would kill the micro biology.

How are you doing IPM? Got a lineup of stuff for emergencies? Not cheap, and you can't wait a week for shipping.
That usually gets a dose of spare change because the cart has to keep up with the horse..

So expensive , Canuck on YouTube swears by their product
They are really good but yeah if your paying for shipping it's pretty expensive but the hydroponic store I go to has it in stock all the time. It's like 30$ CAD for the buckets 60$-70$ for the bag and 120$ for the big bag but it last a long time.

100%, better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. A bottle of Neem oil at the very least, that shit's like a Swiss Army Knife!!
