First off you are lacking proper soil/nutes.

Because we can see it in the pic. Doesn't look like potting soil. No perlite is a good hint. Also, are you using nutes? Your new growth should be darker than that.

my plant is lookin a bit better i think i gave it the wrong food.
ive let the soil dry out a bit and got the right sfuff.
