Your goingto want to pull some of those lower stems down and outward in a few days. This will open her up some for additional light, and air flow to those lower areas. Or you could let her continue and start defoliating that area in another few weeks. Pulling thos lowers down and outward will provide some additional taller colas in the month or so ahead through her growth.
