year old dwc/aero clones

i have 3 clones that have been in a cloner for a little longer then a year...
roots are 2 ft+ long and all three clones are slowly dying but still producing new growth slowly..

i need to keep them so what are my options...can i put them in soil with them being this way?
havent tried that ever because i dont want to loose them

they might take to cocoa i have done the same except i went from end of flower half died the other half just reveged after 1.5 give or take a few days and they look like their coming out of it.. ill post later..
