hmm guess so, bet your biggest problem would be in the summer time, as Im sure it can get pretty hot, best Temps for weed is around 75-80F

yes you can...(lucky bastard!)
there is a grow video on youtube and the guy is an Aussie...
he said he does two grows a year,but the winter one isn't as full as summers....

The biggest problem is the hours of light in the winter, i have grown in the winter in SA but small plants and the buds dont fill out very much. good for some free/cheep personal smole but nothing to great.
