Yellow, brown, and brittle fan leaves.

Ok, this is just 1 plant im doing right now, the rest of the plant is fine, i am just using water, no nutes (could this be the problem, lol this my first time). The problem is my fan leaves are yellow, brown spotted, and kind of brittle, but not enough to crumble it, the rest of the plant is fine, is there even a problem here? Thanks for the help, thought this shit would be easy but seems like im here all the time with problems, lol.

id say add nutes and are you testing your water for ph

well you should get on er and pick up some bc grow if ya got the cash on hand and is the plant from some bag seed or clone?
