i am germinating new OG Kush

is this strain very hard to grow compare to other seeds?

You stated it's an auto flower.

Either start a new with proper soil or get that shit out of that soil and transplant it.

Tbh with an auto and losing a week which is exactly what has happened here I would just start over.

You won't need much luck if you use a proper growing medium.

Regular potting soil for flowers or vegetables, available almost everywhere, is all you need.

It's extremely easy. Cannabis is one of the easiest plants to grow that I've ever grown and I've grown hundreds of different types of plants.

Get some decent soil.
Plant seed.
Give light when it sprouts.
Water sparingly. Overwatering is a common mistake but easily corrected.
Don't overfeed. Many feed their plants an excess of nutrients which causes problems.
Leave it alone and let it grow.
Harvest when done.

It's all pretty simple.
