Yellow leaves, but no HP problem

Dear all,

My plant is getting yellowish leaves with brown dots as shown below in the picture. However, my pH is OK (6.5-7 pH).
How can this be fixed? With nutrients? I have floraGrow, floramicro and florabloom that I can give them (I did not for 4/5days now, as I thought
I might had burned them...
