Yellow leaves Normal green veins.

My plants new leaves are pale green almost yellow but the leafs veins are the normal color green. Its only been happening with the newer leaves. the leaves are fully developed not just baby but it only has been happening with the top leaves.

Im 3 weeks vegging right now in mircale grow in plastic party cups. I have my plants in a 4x4 tent with 2 150w hps. my tent is about 90 degrees when lights r on and about 86 when lights are off. this is my second grow but first time in my high tempt tent also just using regular tap water that i let sit out for about an hr to let some of chlorine fade away,.

it could be a nute deficiency or even nute burn but it's hard to tell without seeing the plant.. do you have any pics? How far from the lights are the tops of your plants by the way?

a solid 24 inches i dont have nething to take pics wit :S the leaves are turning more pale then yellow btw soz for lack of info there are also burnt leaf tip and some leave stems seem to be turning side ways
