I don’t know , I see the bottoms look over ferted to me, could have been in the past but that looks like a dry/overfert problem to me.. The burn on the tips and the crispy crinkly look .. water more often less food, give them a good rinse before getting back to your schedule.. tbh most leaf sets look rough in the pic.. some of it almost looks like ph fluctuation too.. again I’d flush them and start again, shouldn’t really hurt much, run straight water for a day or two , making sure you’re ph is good, and get back to feeding a bit light gradually back to full nutes.. Less is more especially when problems arise.. get maybe some better pic not under your light , cause I’m pretty sure I see ph damage
either way there is moisture stress, and over fert I’m 99%.. u don’t want them to go into lockout which is why is flush
