Hey i got week old sprouts and the small leaves have started turning yellow. what does this mean?

Can mean many things. It can be normal, a nutrient deficiency, or possibly over watering.

Got a pic? Small spots aren't really serious. If it's spreading then you'll want to take action.

um it dont look to bad. but what should i do if it spreads?

Look for bugs.
If no bugs, and you're not fertilizing, I'd fertilize with half strength. If it gets better feed again soon(next water) half strength again. Rest a couple waterings, and if it improves do full strength(suggested dose) again.
Are the leaves limp, curled, or otherwise deformed?
