Yellow leaves

Hi guys, my white widows has started to yellow up after i moved them from tent into grow room and scog'd them, 1st time i have tried scog net and was just wondering if this is natural, done same with blue cheese (also in pic) and they seem ok, they are under 2 x250watt metal halide

Nitrogen deficiency ? It has nothing to do with scrogging or any other LsT

It could be,my soil medium is 30%coco,30%worm castings and 30%perlite,will try some nitogen and get back to you, and thanks, appreciate the help

How often are you watering and how much water are you giving them? Do you check to make sure the top few inches of the medium is dry or that the pots are "light" before you water?

It looks like your plants are experiencing a nitrogen deficiency and that's a common symptom of over watering. It could just be a straight up nitrogen deficiency caused by the medium but more often than not, it's caused by root stress which is caused by over watering.

I give them 300ml every 2 days at present in which there is humic nutes added (1ml per litre), am gonna leave it to every 3 days and see howit goes, thanks for advice m8 really appreciate it
