yellow plant

Hi everyone, I've got my first grow (white widow, auto great white and an unknown seed) on the go now and my unknown is yellowing pretty bad from the bottom fan leaves up :cry: at first I thought N deficiency, so I added some nitrogen but it didn't help any. This was at approx 1 1/2 weeks into 12/12. I am now at four weeks 12/12 and it has progressed to almost the top of the plant.

I am now thinking Mg deficiency, and have added some epsom salts yesterday, but today I rear that Mg deficiency shows as yellow but with green veins, and my leaves seem to be the opposite, and you can see in the pics the red/purple stems to the fan leaves, it has always had this and her clone has it too.... Genetics??

Some more info;

• John Innes soil, compost, perlite mix,
• veg under CFL flower under 400w hps
• ph around 6.5 (UI so hard to be exact)
• temp and RH ~25c ~30%
• ionic bloom and boost
• its about 2 - 3 months old from seed
• flushed twice, once in veg and again about a week ago

Any ideas as to what's causing this?

Would too small a pot cause this? I know my pot is too small but I didn't expect it to stretch so much when I started 12/12

Sorry, I'll take some pics without the hps

Thanks in advance guys :bigjoint:

I can't tell for sure but I think nitrogen is needed... and autoflowers do best with 15/9 light, 15 on 9 off. photos and autos shouldn't be grown together..... My opinion.

Hi hex,
The autos and the clone were only in there because I was working on there room and needed them out the way (new light came today:-P ) and there on 18/6.

I've missed the light going off now so I'll get better pics tomorrow. If it is nitrogen, am I not too late to be adding it? I was told to stop N at 2 weeks into 12/12. The ionic bloom contains nitrogen, but im guessing it's not enough?

Thanks for the fast reply
