Yellow tip (PICS)

Hi everyone this is my first time growing so I dont know much. It sprouted about 2-3 days ago. I started using 1/4 strength nutes, the ones that came with the aerogarden. I'm using the aerogarden with extra cfl's. The cfl is about 10 inches from the plant

Plants that small dont need nutes untill they are a couple weeks old with a few sets of big leaves.
Better flush it out.

yep nute burn mostly from nitrogen. what medium is that?

It started getting yellow before I added nutes though

Could it be that the cfl is too close? I accidentally left a cfl way too close for about 4 hours before I noticed, it was about 4 inches away
