So i know i have made similar posts but last time I was told that yellowing is perfectly natural in the flowering stage...I feel like this can't be normal and almost every other post/sticky says that color change is due to a deficiency, and I don't want my plants to be defective!!!
I am using Fox Farm ocean Forest along with the Fox Farm nutrient line-up (following FF Soil chart)
running a 400 watt hps (cfl's for veg)
...from my research i would say its a nitrogen deficit, due to the fact that the lower leaves are yellow and seems as if bud production has slowed down or become stunted, and its an obvious fact that tiger bloom doesn't put much energy into nitrogen (N-P-K=2-8-4)
I know FF is a popular and commonly used company so I am sure that other people have had similar situations...where should I start?!
Pic 1 is the overall plant (you can see the yellow leaves on the lower sections) and pic 2 is an example of the frosty buds on the plant i am trying to preserve!!
any help would be greatly appreciated... I am longing for some relatively useful information outside "thats what naturally happens" unless that is the truth (which i doubt because i have seen other's plants chopped w/ green leaves still on it and very little to no yellowing)
thank you for any help you have to offer
