Yellowing on first set of real leaves

2nd SLH not on as many nutes as first 1. Very touchy this strain is. She is a 40 days old huge diff. That's what I mean by they are touchy. Same seed diff results
I love the tomato ring! I used them years ago and they were awesome because the rings provide anchor points for pulling the branches apart as the plants grow. I've been having some serious problems with support in my flower room. I might have to look at tomato rings again for the next round. I really hate garden stakes with a passion :)

At that size I wouldn’t have watered once yet? Ive only tried FF coco and didn’t like it, seems like over half the problems on this site are people using their soil. Mabye it’s just super popular in the the US?

I would agree. Poor medium seems to be the culprit in nearly half the plant problems I see.

I got a neighbor behind me that mixes his own soil. Plants don't look bad but they don't look great either. He thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread so what can ya do? If growing in soil I only roll with happy frog potting soil. Great performance every time. Fair price too. Got a 1.5 cu ft bag for $7.99 last time I got some. Should have gotten $100 worth. I'm out now and it's back to $13.99 each. Dammit :)

Id always been a promix hp guy until I did a split run of half the tent in pro mix and half the tent in coco. Only took one run to never touch pro mix again. I think that last bag of promix has been sitting in my basement for 3-4 yrs now. Every friend I have who has problems I tell them go with coco and flush the shit of it with the right concentration of nutes when you have problems and I watch them have successful runs after. I’d say the same to OP

OP, how close are the lights to those seedlings and do you have them at 100%? Lots of people burn their seedlings with their first new LED of decent quality
They are about 22” above the seedlings. I have a temp gauge in there and It didn’t get above 74 deg close to the seedlings. If I should move it further away I will.

Congrats on your first grow in 11 years! It's a celebration! :)

Sometimes a seed is just a dud plain and simple. Me thinks you got a dud on your hands there. It's nothing you did wrong. Just like sometimes a baby is still born, right? Sometimes the genetics just aren't there and that's just nature doing what she does. Don't sweat it. Plant another seed. I would not expect that seedling to pop out of that funk. Sometimes they do, but it's very rare.
This is from today. It looks like it’s making a recovery 24 hours later. Let me know what you think

if the light is at 100%, I'm guessing that is probably still too close, maybe turn it to 50%. If you have a lux meter app for your phone, it's worth checking-not super accurate, but it can help you decide if the light is too much. Seedlings really don't want strong light at this stage. I think this is probably your main issue.
