Yellowing on the edges

A deficency but without pics no one can help diagnose which / what deficency you have.
Remember pictures speak a thousand words

Severe case of mites
Spider mites , thrips and possible broad mites all at the same time. I would shut down the grow and bleach the whole area and spray the area with pesticides. Then start over
 
You can see the mites, sorry to say they look doomed!
As above clean area thorughly bin them and start a fresh
 
I don't think it's mites I've looked and do not see any on either sides of the leaves plus I spray with neem oil 3 times a week
 
ive finished plants that looked worse and still got an oz out of them..

u def got mites.. they are hard to see but you can see them under ur leaves.. i definately wouldnt use these plants as mothers though

They are not worth saving.
Damaged plants usually take 2xs as long to recover as growing a new plant to the same stage, and that is assuming you knew how to deal with the issues at hand, which you don't.
Look up how to kill spider mites. This will kill most other bugs as well. Fix your environment. Find out how the bugs got in and solve that.

You will never get them all with neem
you will think you got them all but with 3 weeks left to go there will still be a few you done notice.
Then over the last 3 weeks you will learn the true horror of the spider mite, as they multiply in your bud leaves and one day you will enter your room to find your plants in chrysalis form, completely encapsulated in a thick web.
Or you keep spraying neem for the rest of the grow and make toxic buds
Or you could spray with chems like avid
Or you could do the CO2 trick
but again those plants are in really rough shape and you are wasting your time with them

because you can do something doesnt mean you should.

OP needs to clean his room up and scrap these plants, or at least do a sulfur burn or something if he wants to attempt salvaging. If thats what you wanna do, the bud wont be as good as if this hadnt happened. They look like they have deficency, toxicity and lockout on top of serious pest issues.

It is possible the nutrient problems are all related, as the chemistry behind the nutrients your plant uses can work against you if you dont really understand it. too much of x means that even if there is enough y present the plant cant get it. this is just a explanatory statement to help you understand nutrient lockouts.

Without alot more information, it will be impossible to figure out everything that is going on here. I know it seems shitty to start over, but consider that you will be rewarded much more if you take the time to start over and do it right this time!
