yellowing tips?? plz help

the soil is john innes soil ph 6.5 that i mixed 40% perlite into and a ive not started feeding yet was thinkin about starting next week as she will be 4 weeks old.should i just give her a good flush and take it from there?? also ive got an afghan kush thats the same age same soil but is really healthy and dark green(thats why i never posted a pic of it).thanks for replys.

Anyways could be the soil your using.
Does it have auto release nutrients in it?
What kind and brand is it?
I see the foliage is rather darker green then usual.
Might be building up on nutes.. and the tip of the leaf's act as buckets.
My guess is over fertilization.
Even if you hadn't been feeding.. as stated above... could be those auto release nutes.

Looks like a super slight case of one of 2 things...watering too often, or feeding too much...so take your pic of the 2...and it doesn't look overwatered...
So, only water when the pot is feather light, and skip a couple of feedings here and there...If you haven't fed the plant anything yet, than you are overwatering prenuted soil, but it is slight nitrogen burn...
Just remember...
Too little water and a plant will struggle, but give it too much and it will kill it.
Too little food and a plant will struggle, but give it too much and it will kill it.
It is better to under do these 2 things than it is to over do them...because dead plants don't yield a damn thing.

That is totally untrue...
If you are having fertilizer issues in soil and you flush you will have 2x as many fertilizer issues than you had prior to the flush. Flushing is great for coco, but not soil...

Nutrients are moved by water, so the more water, the greater the influx of nutes...so if anything to help with nute burn you let the plant get really dry between waterings and when you do water use no fertilizer, or at least less than what you were using...
But always let MJ get really dry between waterings. Your plants will thank you for it.
