Okey guy's just found out today if i tell the police my marijuana is for personal use and cooking food. They cant do anything against me :)

I just read up on this guy that had 9 plants and 1.5 Kg Marijuana at home.

He said to them


  1. I dont sell
  2. Its for personal Use
  3. I use it to cook
  4. I smoke it aswell but * DONT SELL * and i make cakes out of it aswell.


He got fined 400 dollars....... for 9 plants & 1.5 kg weed !


Read up here... It's in german but who cares....

If my math is correct 1.5 Kg equals to about 3.3 lbs.

A $400 fine for 3.3 lbs. sounds a bit exaggerated. I'd have to see some written proof on this.
