Very cool... I used to race a RS 250 in the SW Division... did't race it but maybe a season. Coming off an R6, I thought I'd give this class a go... it's not for the faint of heart, much less a 500. Went back to the R6. The powerband is crazy to get used to on a 2 stroke coming out of the apex.

That's pretty sweet!. I like the old scoots! Very clean Sir!. My 73' Honda CL100 is not quite this clean, but it stays in the the shop building.... I had the forks rebuilt, but couldn't find those rubber boot covers. Mine has a tear in it. Not noticeable, but I thought they would be easier to find. What year is this one?

It's a '74 and and unrestored other than the seat cover was replaced prior to my owning it

CIrca 2004, Texas World Speedway... in my younger days. Turn 5. I couldn't do this anymore if I tried. Did it for 10 years, 4 as an Expert License holder... my back still hurts. The CMRA would hold 4-8 hour Endurance races at 6 different tracks during the season. TWS has 14 turns per lap.. best time I ever got over 2.8 miles was around 1 minute, 55 seconds. Top speed on the straight, 168mph.
