Yet another water question from a noob. Please help

I know that there is no exact answer for when to water your ladies but I would like some kind of ballpark answer if at all possible. My grow box is about 2.5 ft tall, 20 inches wide, and 11 inches deep. My ladies are 5 days old today and about three inches tall. They are otted in solo cups that are filled 50/50 with FFOF and FFLW.
The soil feels moist but not soaked. It is wet enough to still stick all over my finger if I touch it but I am worried that they may go thirsty. Also they are under two 35w 6400k CFL bulbs, about an inch and a half away. I also have some Flora Nova 7-4-10 for my veg nutrients. Should I water with plain water the first time then add nutes? or use very mild nutes for my first official watering? Also My water is well water with a Ph of 6.9 and a ppm of 50. Please guide me in the right direction, this is my very first grow ever.

I water mine about every three days, just water when the soil is almost dry, if it harms the plants water less often, if they do fine continue with that.

When using FFOF, you should water with plain water the first two times. then start adding nutes. It is best to water when the soil is dry (not when your plants are wilting). In most cirumstances, this is about every three days. (water, no water, no water, water, etc...)

Okay man thanks. When should I water according to my light cycle? ie. When the light comes on, before it goes off,
Or kinda in the middle? I'm running 18/6

--Also how long will my nutrient solution be good for in a dark colored pitcher in my cabinet? My nutrient solution is 1/4 teaspoon of Flora Nova 7-4-10 and one gallon of water.

Baby plants don't need nutes; they get everything they need for the first month right from the ground. It's easy to overdo the watering too. Try not to "love them to death". :)

Emwuzx (or whatever) answered you about watering. It doesn't matter what light cycle you're on; water them when they need it, about every 3 days. Your premixed nutes should last indefinitely stored like that; they are acids and salts.
