the question you ask is literally way too broad as there are a dozen plus factors, including just the following concerning lights alone:
wattage applied per square foot
height at which its hung
spectrum
optics
open space vs reflective walls
etc.
you will get about two dozen different answers from different people running different strains in different environments, none of which are relatable to each other
if you want to see some metrics about how garden yield is typically measured, check out some of growmau5 recent videos on youtube. he goes beyond grams/ watt to grams per kWh consumed over the grow, and also provides gpw and g/SF metrics as well
you can yield the same amount per square foot with any of the lights you listed, as well as with HPS,CMH, T5, CFL, etc, but for the more inefficient lights you would be using up to twice the wattage to get the same results
