its hard to establish a ratio .. some growers can yeild more in a 400W than others in 1000W .. soo there is too many variables such as Climatization , Strain , EXPERIENCE etc etc etc in the equation to shoot values.
But a good grower probably will get an Average 0.7 g peer Watt. i would say.

more exp, light, nutes, soil, ect doesn't mean squat if you don't have good genetics to start with.

Absolutely not, I do recommend that you keep those lights at least two feet from your canopy

I've had the best success with these in smaller enclosed areas. Usually 18-36" from canopy depending on stage of growth. I usually yield 20-50 a light.

Thanks man that helped yeah I have a small room right now I'm going.to do 600 watt this time and maybe increase lighting after I see what this can do right now just worried Bout smell
