this is just a toss off idea, little to no chance of working, but I filled a manson jar with distilled water, added a teaspoon of live acidophilous yogurt, and a teaspoon of citric acid to fight the mold.
This is going to become a drink similar to "Doogh" a Persian Yogurt drink. A little salt, pepper, and dill weed and considerably more yogurt.
I got the idea from a youtuber who decarboxilates Amainita Muscaria caps with yogurt.
Figure it's worth a shot in the dark. Fermenting for 7 days, or sooner, depending on what it looks and smells like.
Anyway, to make this "Roll it Up Cafe" appropriate (an worthy of it's own post):
1 cup water
1/3rd cup yogurt
Salt and Pepper
Either or Both--
dill weed, mint
