An auto flowering strain flowers in any light schedule just make sure to have your lights kinda high then lower them back down as the days go by to prevent stress

Hey, I am trying to grow 2 plants and was told to switch my lighting to 2 150 equivalent CFL bulbs. After doing so I noticed that my plant has started to burn..Any tips on what I should do? Should I keep the old 60 watt Equivalent/13 watts CFL bulbs or do I need to work with the 150's??

Canabian 420 well I'm pretty new to this sign so I'm trying to build my rep.up. and to your question I've seen pistols form the 3 .week of.veg.to. be honest but don't let this fool you there's still time left in veg if you want your plants to be trees,

wwork with the 150 s they put out more lens necessary for the growth of your plants but if there burning its happening for two reasons.
1 lights are way to close
2 circulating air isn't good enough leaving a hot spot right over your canopy.
add a fan if their isn't one and raise your lights 6 in

Also, do I need both of them?? Wouldn't 1 150CFL be ok for 2 plants? Their coming out of the seedling stage and I'm just worried that the leaves will dry up..

Thanks for the help!

- the pics below are what they look like after I switched to the 150's. Not only are the leaves drying up but there also appears to be something yellow on the inner part of some leaves..

dont turn off the 2700k cfl, they're the good cfls for flowering. if anything turn off the 6500k. but your best to leave them all on for max light.
humidity at 35% is fine it would be good if you could get it up a bit for the most part of flowering, but keep it at around that for the end so as to prevent bud rot.
but a mix of leds and cfls sound good man should be a good grow.
any pics? cos id be interested to see :D
I'll get some pics up as soon as I get my configuration down...just bought a mini-humidifier from wally world and am running it on 4 hour intervals to see what it does to temp/humidity with all the lights and fans running. If i get everything set after work today I'll get a picture of the setup plus my two girls
thx for the response

IMG_0556.jpgIMG_0552.jpgSo i got my humidity to sit right between 60 and 65% by adding a humidifier, and the temp is fairly constant between 77 and 80. What you're seeing in the pics is a closet set up in a grow tent that has been shortened to 46 inches tall (36 by 24 x 46) for space issues. There is a mini homemade earthtainer with two bagseed plants under 2 105w (400w equiv.) and 1 90w (they advertised 400w equiv.) LED UFO. There is a fan exhaust rigged up with another fan inside to circulate the air. The medium is foxfarm ocean forest, pH is always between 6.5 and 7, water is purified and pH balanced as well. Veg fertilizer is miracle grow all-purpose via top-watering right now with VermiT solution from Vermicorp but it will be switching to a more appropriate bloom fert when photoperiod switch to 12/12. Also, by the end of the photoperiod my humidity is about 55%, problematic or no?
Thanks,

I planted seeds for the first time, and made a little grow spot in my closet. One plant is about 8 inches and the other is 9 inchs. I was told that once the plants start flowering they grow double the size and I cant afford it to grow any bigger. Is it okay if I start flowering now? Any disadvantages to flowering this early?
