Since you've decided to regale us with your wisdom in such a tactful manner, I'll fill you in on some common sense. It's much easier for them to just make an order themselves, and then they know all of the stealth secrets.

Its definetly something that shouldnt be discussed

The few times I've paid extra for "stealth shipping" it never seemed all that stealthy to me. Anyone opening the package would have seen what it was with little effort. And like penguin said, all they need to do is place a few orders and see for themselves, which I'm sure they've done.
That said, it does seem to be in poor taste when folks go around posting pictures of packaging and what not and talking about how their orders came in detail. IMO having an order confiscated has more to do with being unlucky than a lack of stealth on the sender's part.
