They are under a floresant light. Any help much appreciated.

Well i would start by watering them..

Kudaross is right with seeds its very important to keep on them making sure they aren't dry for more than a couple to a few hours. But make sure not over water them. A good rule is check the soil if its dry then water them at the root and just a little bit of water for now increasing as they get bigger. Also, with seeds its usually not too big of deal to start watering them with regular tap water. But it looks like your water has a high ph level causing the stem of your last pic to turn purple. If you dont correct the problem this can lead to leaves turning yellow/brown causing them to dry out and die later on in your grow when your plants get bigger. Hope this helps
