Is this a good set up for a amateur grower? I'll be running DWC... and I plan on vegging and flowering in the same space.

I have a 2 foot deep 5 foot wide 7-7.5 foot high grow area. 400w is within my budget. Anyone have a digital ballast or something similar to this can offer any words? Thanks!

It seems ok. I've used that batwing reflector before, they suck. Try to find a 600w, it 50% more power than a 400w.
