air flow

So I have a 9 x 22 x 7 basement I will be setting up in the coming weeks ... Most likely two 4 x 4 or 5 x 5 flood tables, but my main question concerns my intake and exhaust fans. I'm not sure where I should put them. Eventually the entire 9 x 22 part of the basement will be covered in panda...

I have three passive intakes on my tent, two 8in and one 6in. Problem is the tent's walls still get sucked in pretty hard and I don't feel like spending money on an intake fan. I suppose a fan controller could do the trick but are there work-arounds that would keep me from sacrificing air flow...

Hey im a first time grower and i have just recently bought a 4x4x6" grow tent (l/w/h) and i have LED lights. the question is do i need some sort of fan to take air from outside my tent and put it inside while i have just the carbon filter in there aswell as one small rotating fan on the ground...
