deep clean

Hi, Noticed springtails in my coco, lights were off for a couple of days and some leaf matter left in coco when pruning. I think this has caused the infestation so i went to my local shop for advice and was given this stuff. Not alot of info online about it but what ive read is that springtails...

Pink mold on a towel and saw some on the ceiling, is this house going to be okay? Food in my fridge will get spotted blue black and maybe white mold, how should I deep clean?
