#newbie

How much nutrients should I be feeding my plant during seedling, vegetative, and flowering stage in soil? I've only done hydroponic and am transitioning over to soil, but a lot of soil already has nutrients within it, so I am worried about over feeding them. Any help would be appreciated :)
