I came back late one night not realising i had switched to flowering the day before. The lights were on for 20 hours.. one day into veg and started to reveg the day afterwards. There is already normal veg growth. Can i continue on 11/13 light cycle with my flower nutes? Or do i have to go back...

I have had this clone for 2 months I took it off One of the plants I'm about to harvest next week. It was thrown directly in the flower room from clone and was in there for 17 days when I decided to try to put it in my veg room in fear of losing the strain lol...after about two weeks of nothing...
